Ingredients
- 2 cups of rice cooked.
- Mixed Vegetables (carrots, sweet peas, sweet corn, and green beans)
- 1 Onion cup diced. 1 cup diced.
- 1 cup of Cubed Beef Liver
- 1/2 Teaspoon Thyme.
- 1 Teaspoon curry powder.
- Oil for frying 3 teaspoons.
- Salt to taste. Salt to taste.
Directions
Fill the stock with the parboiled rice and cook until the water is dried up.
In the pan, heat the oil, add the cubed beef liver and mixed vegetables and the seasoning (thyme, curry powder, saucepan, and cube) for a minute or two and fry it for a moment.
Throw in rice for about three to five minutes, and stir-fry. Remove the heat and serve
